10 1/2” x 14" - Small Painted Colonial Canvas Placemat Table Mat - Black Star on Graham Cracker Tan - by Black Horse Floorcloths

These are priced individually. I use a lighter weight canvas for my placemats than for my floorcloths so they have a lower profile to the table top. Other than that the process is pretty much the same. I stretch and prime the canvas using artist quality, flexible gesso. I paint them using high quality, fade resistant, acrylics and finish with 3-4 coats of flexible, non-yellowing, high grade polyurethane. The backs are also primed and painted, and have a coat of poly to protect them from spills. They have a glued and heat pressed 1" hem to prevent fraying and ensure they lay flat. My Black Horse Floorcloth logo from when these were made is on the back along with my signature. These are finished and ready to ship!

I use semi-gloss polyurethane on all of my floorcloths and table accessories. This not only provides a nice finish, but also helps extend the life of the floorcloth and makes it easier to keep clean.

They are easy to clean with a damp cloth.
